RGPD – PRIVACY PRACTICES

The General Data Protection Regulations (RGPD), which come into force on May 25, 2018, define the principles to be respected when collecting, processing and storing personal data. They also guarantee the rights of the persons concerned.

Several forms are present on the site www.nexiogroup.com in order to collect data from a visitor:

1 : Objectives

The purpose of collecting data on the www.nexiogroup.com website is to create a file for the management of NEXIO SAS prospects and customers. This file is used for statistical purposes, to contact and/or propose relevant content to contacts.

2 : Relevance of the data

In order to best track the interest of NEXIO’s prospects and clients, the file collects all information from visitors to NEXIO group sites relating to the identity, professional information and activity on NEXIO group sites. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, information relating to racial or ethnic origins, political, philosophical or religious opinions, trade union membership, health or sex life of a person is not collected and is prohibited (sensitive data).

3: Lawfulness of processing and conditions for consent (Art.6 and Art.7 of the GDMP)

Consent for the processing of a visitor’s personal data is systematically obtained for one or more specific purposes. For example, when entering a newsletter registration form or downloading a resource, the purpose of obtaining the visitor’s email address is to send him/her notification of new publications or to propose resources that may be of interest to him/her.

4: Data Retention

The data collected on the NEXIO Group’s websites are kept for a maximum of 12 months for anonymous contacts, after the last activity on the website by the person. On the other hand, for identified contacts, the data collected on the www.nexiogroup.com website is kept for a maximum of 36 months. At the end of these periods, all data relating to the person is automatically deleted.

5: Rights of individuals (Art.16 to 20 of the RGPD)

In accordance with the Data Protection Act and the RGPD, any person may exercise his right of access, rectification, opposition, limitation of processing, deletion and portability of data concerning him by making a request by mail signed and accompanied by a copy of an identity document to the address of the registered office of NEXIO SAS, or by filling out the form at this address: www.nexiogroup.com/donnees-personnelles/.

The person in charge of the file will reply no later than one month following the request for access or rectification.

6: Data security and processing (Art. 32 of the RGPD)

The data collected on the site www.nexiogroup.com and the associated processing, are hosted by the company NEXIO SAS. Only persons linked to the technical, marketing and sales department of NEXIO SAS and its subcontractors have access to the information collected on the NEXIO group’s sites, via a personal and unique identifier.

7: Data breach and communication within 72 hours (Art. 33 and Art. 34 of the RGPD)

In case of violation or suspicion of violation of personal data, NEXIO SAS and its subcontractors will notify the CNIL, 72 hours at the latest, after having taken cognizance of it.

 

PERSONAL DATA

In order to provide the best possible experience, quality informational content, access to specific information such as resources and tutorials, a private area, the site visitor may be required to fill in forms or even log in using a login and password. The information collected is then subject to a computer processing made necessary for the realization of the service. The recipients of the data are exclusively people working for the NEXIO group.

In accordance with the law “Informatique et Libertés” of January 6, 1978 amended in 2004, you have the right to access and rectify information concerning you, which you can exercise by contacting our support department at rgpd@nexiogroup.com. You may also, for legitimate reasons, oppose the processing of data concerning you.
