Emission test software

BAT-EMC

BAT-EMC Emission allows you to perform conducted and radiated emission tests. For this type of test, you can configure , you can configure the detector, RBW, sweep time, measurement limits, with or without antenna mast and turntable, as well as all other parameters of your measurement receiver

Customized pre-scan and final scan with antenna mast and turntable, fully configurable for continuous movement via user-definable algorithms.

GTEM According to EN/IEC 61000-4-20 with 3-axis calculation method.

Maximization for commercial standard:

  • Customization of pre-scan and final measurements with antenna mast and turntable, fully configurable for continuous or step-by-step movement via user-defined algorithms.

  • Commercial : CISPR/EN 55011,14, 15, 22, 24, EN 61000-4-3,EN 61000-4-6, FCC Part 15, IEC 61967 & IEC 62132…

  • Aerospace and defense: MIL-STD 461/462, DO 160 (RTCA)…

Emission test software (EN55022, EN55012, EN55013, EN55032, EN55011, ETSI, EN 50121-3-2, CISPR 12, IEC 61967, DO160, MIL STD 461 RE101, RE102, RE103)

Electromagnetic emission testing (EMC) is crucial to ensure that electronic and electrical devices do not cause undesirable electromagnetic interference.
Such interference can disrupt the operation of other equipment or compromise the safety of sensitive systems.

In this context, the use of EMC software becomes essential for efficient and accurate emissions testing.

BAT-EMC is an advanced software package specifically designed for emission electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and measurement.

Developed to meet the needs of test laboratories and manufacturers of electronic devices, BAT-EMC offers a full range of features to automate, analyze, and ensure product compliance with international EMC standards.

Compatible drivers

Report generation

The user can define a Word document template (.dot format) to insert BAT-EMC tags. These tags represent placeholders where BAT-EMC inserts data into the final document (.doc format).
A new report generation system, based on an external Aspose framework, provides three main advantages:

  1. Speed: Report generation is up to 10 times faster (approximately 100 pages per minute).
  2. Flexibility: Highly customizable and configurable, saving you time and minimizing the need for manual adjustments after automatic generation.
  3. Convenience: No need to have MS Word installed on your computer to generate a Word document.

Functions

(scaling, markers, zoom, etc.)

(detector, parameters, data reduction)

(finals, suspects)

to compare with the previous results

  • “If then, else” loop to customize algorithms
  • Frequency sweep, peak search, frequency measurement
  • Turntable in a continuous motion, or at a fixed angle, or rotation in steps.
  • Antenna mast with fixed height, or continuous vertical movement, or stepwise vertical movement
