EMC measurement software

Discover the BAT range

Founded in 2003, NEXIO offers the widest range of electromagnetic automation test software on the market, thanks to a worldwide network of support staff and sales representatives…

NEXIO develops the BAT software range, which stands for " Benchtop Automated Testing ".

BAT-EMC Immunity lets you perform conducted and radiated immunity tests such as conducted current injection, conducted voltage conducted immunity, uniform field zone calibration (16 points) and setpoint, modulation and regulation configuration.

BAT-EMC Emission enables you to perform conducted emission and radiated emission tests. You can configure this type of test according to the limit, with or without an antenna mast and turntable, as well as the detector, RBW, sweep time, and more.

The automotive emission license was developed to automotive specifications and in collaboration with automotive suppliers.

We have designed this software to be as close as possible to the CISPR25 standard, so as to produce automatic reports that meet manufacturers’ requirements.

BAT-ELEC automates Transient, Burst and Surge tests.

BAT-ELEC was developed by NEXIO to help our customers meet the new challenges of constantly evolving standards. NEXIO created BAT-ELEC, the only software compatible with all test generator brands and with all standards (automotive, commercial electronics, etc.).

The BAT-EMC Monitoring range offers software tools to verify the EUT during immunity testing. Voltmeters, multimeters, cameras, and spectrum analyzers help ensure the EUT’s performance and compliance in critical sectors such as aerospace, automotive, and healthcare.

The BAT-EMC repository is a collaborative solution designed to centralize all your projects, models and material resources related to Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC). Whether on server, cloud or hard disk, this tool enables you to easily share essential information with your team, while guaranteeing secure and flexible access.

The Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) test report is essential for electronics manufacturers, test laboratories and regulatory bodies, as well as for engineers.

This report guarantees conformity, communicates test results and improves product safety, while optimizing design and accelerating time-to-market.
