Electromagnetism training

Your satisfaction is our top priority

for the following categories of action: Training initiatives

It's with great pride that, once again this year, we'll be accompanying you as you learn about electromagnetism.

Thanks to these 9 years of experience, which have been extremely exciting for our teaching team, we have been able to continuously enrich the content of our training courses so that they are always in line with our customers’ expectations.

In fact, every year we conduct a satisfaction survey among our trainees, and for 2020 we obtained a very positive result, which we are delighted with: 4,6 / 5.
Demonstrating the soundness of our pedagogical approaches and our mastery of a quality approach, NEXIO is now ISO 9001:2015 certified.
We have also obtained QUALIOPI certification.

We are therefore fully compliant with the criteria of the Quality Decree of June 30, 2015, and can therefore be “referenced” by all professional training funders.
The NEXIO training catalog is a dynamic offering that adapts and expands according to your needs.
We are always ready to listen to specific requests, and can set up customized programs at your convenience.

Our training courses are accessible to people with disabilities.

EMC TRAINING

CEM 1

UNDERSTANDING CEM TESTS
EMC, which sometimes appears to be a "mysterious" field, is in fact governed by very real physical phenomena. This course is designed to familiarize you with these phenomena. The trainee can then find out how EMC tests are carried out. Finally, the speaker will present everything you need to know to prepare, organize and monitor a test campaign. The course ends with practical exercises.

FUNDAMENTALS AND RULES FOR EQUIPMENT DESIGN
EMC is an increasingly important factor in equipment design. This course is designed for people wishing to understand and reduce the risks associated with electromagnetic disturbances, upstream of product design or integration. After a reminder of the fundamentals and vocabulary, the speaker will present a precise description of the mechanisms of electromagnetic disturbances, with concrete examples. Numerical applications, exercises and real-life examples will be presented and discussed.

FUNDAMENTALS AND DESIGN RULES FOR ELECTRONIC BOARDS
EMC is an increasingly important factor in electronic board design. Fast buses, HDI, the complexity of active components and buried components are all new elements that increase the complexity of electronic board design. This course is designed for people wishing to understand and reduce the risks associated with electromagnetic disturbances, upstream of electronic board design. After a review of the fundamentals, the speaker will present a precise description of the mechanisms of electromagnetic disturbances, with concrete examples. Numerical applications, exercises and examples based on real industrial cases will be presented and discussed.

CEM IN THE CIVIL SECTOR: FROM DESIGN TO CE MARKING
CE marking is a mandatory requirement for all products sold on the European Union market. This course, which covers the EMC part of CE marking, is aimed at anyone wishing to apply this procedure to their electronic products. Following an explanation of the CE marking process, the trainer will present the phenomena associated with EMC. Following an analysis of the EMC requirements for CE marking, trainees will learn how to design their products to take these requirements into account.

INTRODUCTION TO ANTENNAS
More and more electronic equipment uses electromagnetic waves to communicate with each other. To transmit a signal optimally, the antenna is a key element, but its environment must also be taken into account. This course presents the basic concepts and tools needed to understand the field of propagation and antennas.
