BAT-EMC Monitoring is a suite of software packages designed to check and monitor your EUT during EMC and other environmental tests.

Easy Control
EASY CONTROL
Simple monitoring equipment to measure 1 or 2 values (voltmeters, spectrum analyzers, multimeters, power-meters, field probes, etc.).
Easy control allows you to use the equipment already defined in BAT-EMC with the measurement script, as well as create, modify, optimize the script.
This license allows you to use equipment with script definitions in BAT-EMC.
In BAT-EMC, in the Equipment folder, there is a script called "Measure", where you can can add GPIB instructions to read values from the equipement.
This option is limited to communication with "simple equipment" such as voltmeters, spectrum analyzers, multimeters, power-meters, field probes, and similar devices.
Easy Scope
EASY SCOPE
Allows you to perform oscilloscope measurements using the available functions (maximum, minimum, peak-peak, RMS, average, frequency, duty cycle, mask).
You can save settings and capture print screen in the event of an error. This print screen could be pasted in your test report.
Easy Script
EASY SCRIPT
Sends commands/instructions to the EUT via Ethernet, GPIB, Serial, Exe, dll.
Easy Script has two main uses:
- activate one or more EUT operating modes (before or during dwell time)
- Reset the EUT after a fault (if the EUT does not return to normal operation automatically).
Easy Tool
EASY TOOL
Our customers or NEXIO can develop a specific program based on customer specifications.
These programs are developed using Labview, Vee, C++, C#.
These tools execute functions at different stages of the test: start, start of regulation, start of dwell time, end of dwell time.
These tools have inputs and outputs such as test name, frequency, level, modulation, power, dwell time, and more
Examples: Dynamometer, audio analyzer, radio sensitivity, NI card, converter, ...
This interface lets you connect an external program, which will perform specific actions and requests.
We can develop a specific program to meet your needs.
The cost will depend on the number of development days required.

This module is a specific development we have made for the Agilent 34970 and 34980
This equipment is a data acquisition system with 88 channels.
You can configure each channel with parameters and set a limit for each one.
Bat-Image
Bat-Image
Our BAT-IMAGE is a video acquisition and monitoring tool.
that executes user-defined actions in the event of fault.
When combined with NEXIO's EMC software, BAT-Image detects EUT malfunctions through real-time analysis.
Benefits
The primary function of BAT-Image is to compare a reference image with the real-time image.
it can be used as a monitoring tool during immunity tests to detect EUT faults.
These tools have functions performed at different stage of the test: at the start, at the beginning of regulation, beginning of dwell time, end at the end of dwell time.
They also have inputs and outputs such as test name, frequency, level, modulation, power, dwell time, fault comments...
NEXIO propose also to connect to external camera solution such as MK Messtechnik, PONTIS, INTEGO, CE-SYS, R&S AdVise.
Ecall
Ecall system
The Ecall system is the emergency call features in vehicules.
The base station simulator (e.g. Keysight UXM, R&S CMW500) must be configured to communicate with the car.
The GNSS signal generator must simulate certain satellite constellations, enabling the car to obtain its fictitious GNSS position and transmit it to the PSAP.
The PSAP simulator must decode the Minimum Set of Data set (MSD) and communicate it to the BAT-EMC.
This test tool will check communication and the minimum data set during the immunity test.
The eCall tool can be complemented with EasyScope to confirm the establishment of a voice connection.
This eCall tool focus on checking the MSD.
Functions
- Audio signal generation (prompt)
- Transmission of information to the EMC test system
or others (frequency, level, modulation, etc.).
- Error code (which may influence test procedure)

Can Bus
Can Bus
The CAN BUS can be read in two different ways: CANOE/CANALYZER from Vector or PCAN from Peak System.
The purpose of CANOE/CANALYZER is to :
- Send and read variables or signals on the bus
- Modify simulation parameters
- Trigger test series to modify the test environment
- Read calculator variables
- Read CANOE's test results
The purpose of PCAN is to send and receive information on the CAN bus.
